Privacy Policy - Promo Tampa Tools

This Privacy Policy explains how Promo Tampa Tools ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores, shares and protects information through Promo Tampa Tools, our internal application that connects to Google services. By authorizing Promo Tampa Tools, you agree to this policy.
1. Who uses the app
Promo Tampa Tools is used only by the Promo Tampa team to provide marketing services to business clients who have hired us. It is not offered to the public.
2. Information we access
When an account owner authorizes Promo Tampa Tools, we may access the following data through Google APIs, only for the accounts we were authorized to manage:
- Google Ads: campaign settings and performance (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions), keyword ideas and search volume data.
- Google Business Profile: business information, posts, photos, reviews and performance insights (views, calls, direction requests, website clicks).
- Google Search Console: search queries, impressions, clicks and positions for the client's website.
- Google Analytics: aggregated website traffic and conversion statistics.
- Basic account information: the email address of the Google account used to authorize the app.
We do not access Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendar or any other Google data.
3. How we use the information
- To plan and carry out marketing work for the client the data belongs to.
- To manage the client's Google Business Profile and advertising on their behalf.
- To prepare monthly performance reports for that client.
We do not use the data for advertising to anyone, for profiling individuals, or for any purpose other than the service the client hired us for.
4. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade this data. We share reports only with the client the data belongs to. We may disclose information if required by law.
5. Google API Services User Data Policy
Promo Tampa Tools' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Storage and security
Data is stored on secured computers used by the Promo Tampa team, with access credentials kept private. Authorization tokens are stored securely and never shared.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep data only for as long as we provide services to the client, and up to 12 months afterwards for reporting history. A client or account owner can ask us to delete their data at any time by emailing us, and can revoke the app's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
8. Children
Promo Tampa Tools is a business tool and is not intended for children under 13.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
